We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Section 36 VSBG regulates whether businesses must disclose their willingness or obligation to participate in consumer dispute resolution. Businesses that employed ten or fewer persons on 31 December of the preceding year are exempt from the general disclosure requirement under Section 36(1)(1), although other obligations may still arise in individual cases.

No EU Online Dispute Resolution Link

Do not add the old standard text linking to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
